GUIDELINES FOR FORMATING FILES

File Types We Accept:
jpg, ai, cdr, pdf
Please convert all vector file fonts to artwork: ILLUSTRATOR (outlines), or CORELDRAW (curves).
(Files specs for rasterized images: 300DPI CMYK JPEG @100%).
Add 1/8 (.125) to documents dimensions for bleed.
(example: 2" x 3.5" Business card file size would be 2.125" x 3.625" giving it a 1/16 bleed all the way around the document.
Safety Zone:
Inset critical information 3/16" (.1875) from trim or cut line, to insure vital information is not cut off.
Solid Black:
Planning to use solid black? Because CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) printing mixes 4 colors to produce all the colors of the rainbow, use the
following CMYK mix to get the richest, truest black. The CMYK break down is as follows - C 30, M 30, Y 40, K100.
